BUBBLE TEA STORE FIT OUT
G & K Projects were engaged by the owners Ken & Kelly to undertake the design & construction of their new Bubble Tea tenancy fitout. The existing tenancy was far too narrow to operate a food business, we arranged approval from the Landlord to remove and extend the floor area to accommodate the new layout
The tenancy was previously a clothing alterations business, so, CAT1 plumbing works were required to accommodate the new operation.
DESIGN CRITERIA

Layout: Simplistic with warm soothing colours to the main counter front with clean bright walls

Colour pallete: Green counter front, marble feature wall & worktops with white walls & ceiling

Concept: Fresh & inviting - depicting fresh fruit, juices & bubble tea
It was recommend using the following materials / finishes

Bespoke wallpaper

VJ board counter feature panels

Marble coloured tops & splashbacks

Dark floor coverings

Large colourful graphics & signage

LED pendants and strip lighting
Program: Projected 4-5 weeks, with a Christmas break thrown in the mix
