At G & K Projects our project managers liaise with clients to establish what their thoughts and ideas are for their fit outs. Listening and understanding the needs of our clients is an important factor for us.
Once we have a concept in place for their fit out the design process will start. We keep in contact with yourselves and landlord to ensure that your goals and time frame are met and within your budget
G & K Projects value exceptional communication and relationships with our customers, tradesmen and Center Management to identify the program timing, provide all updated insurance certificates and take pride in delivering above quality craftsmanship. This includes keeping you aware and updated of the progress at every step of your project
As part of G & K Projects management team, we ensure a single point of contact during your project. All of our staff are employed full time by us which gives us greater control for a quality finished product and ensure your project is carried out professionally and successfully
On practical completion of the project, we meet with our clients on site to confirm the installation is to plan and check the quality of all fittings.
